This day, organised with our regional partners I-Risk and PARN, will present in the morning three experiences of exceptional crisis situations. A round table will open the afternoon session, and participants will be able to reflect together on two subjects: "Analysis and prevention of exceptional risk" and "Post-event resilience and crisis engineering".

Programme

Programme of this day of exchanges and collective work on the management of exceptional natural risks and post-event resilience:

9.am Introduction to the average and extreme climate evolution in the Alps and impacts on natural hazards - Meteo France.
9.30am Feedback from experiences:

  • Feedback on crisis management after the Roya events - NGE Fondations and CD06

  • Near major accident on the RD1091 during the Tour de France in 2019 - CD05 and Géolithe

  • Avalanches: Apennines, Grave and Bourgeat - INRAE


12.am Buffet and meeting time between participants

2.pm Round table: Prevention of risks and exceptional events, from the formal framework to operational management. With the participation of:
